Synonymous with toughness, durability and strength, the plaster block is also easy to implement, reliable and cheap.
Non-load-bearing partition wall, consisting of solid gypsum blocks with tongued and grooved edges
Promonta gypsum blocks are for use internally, as partition walling in all kind of building constructions e.g. flats, dwellings, industrial buildings, offices, hospitals, schools, nursing homes etc.
Design and Composition
Rectangular, smooth solid gypsum blocks, manufactured from high-quality plaster, water and in some cases additives.
The blocks are formed in chromium molds perfectly smooth and dimensionally stable, which enables a precision in the dimensions of one micron.
Standard formats: 501x667 mm (3 blocks per m²)
Lightweight blocks: 501x640 mm and 501x450 mm
Small sized blocks: 501x450 mm
Thickness 50, 70, 80 and 100 mm
Delivery and storage
Promonta gypsum blocks are delivered in packs or on pallets wrapped in plastic foil or shrink-wrapped. The blocks must be stacked dry during storage on site.
A standard block is a block made out of gypsum whose lateral dimensions (667mm/501mm) allow easy and fast implementation
(3 blocks = 1 m²) such as to provide a high output performance and results that other materials of the same order can’t even reach.
Provided with tongued and grooved edges, the blocks are then glued and nested into each other in order to obtain a massive and stable non-load-bearing wall while allowing great flexibility.
